The Digital Tax Innovations team is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to craft AI-driven tools aimed at enhancing tax processes. In this role, you will collaborate with tax professionals to develop cutting-edge solutions that address critical business needs.
Required Skills And Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python, .NET, C#, relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), API creation, and Azure cloud services.
- 1-3 years of experience in designing and deploying technical solutions.
- Solid foundation in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with additional cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Expertise in deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Knowledge of containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
- Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies.
- Background in front-end technologies (React, Angular, JavaScript).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in tax technology or financial sectors.
- Work alongside stakeholders to identify and analyze business challenges and define project requirements.
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions utilizing machine learning, NLP, and data analysis techniques.
- Develop and maintain efficient codebases with technologies like Python, Azure, and PostgreSQL.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Collaborate across departments, including IT, tax teams, and business units, to integrate AI tools seamlessly.
- Participate in all project stages, from initial planning and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
