It primarily supports customers and dealerships affiliated with a major automobile manufacturer, helping individuals finance new and used vehicles while also providing commercial lending to dealerships. Operating in North America and several international markets, it plays a key role in enabling vehicle sales and fostering customer loyalty through flexible financial programs and digital tools.

They are currently hiring a Senior .NET Developer with expertise in Generative AI to join their innovation-focused team in Irving, Texas. The role involves developing AI-driven solutions using cloud technologies, supporting next-generation initiatives in automotive finance. Required Skills And Experiences 
  • Over six years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development.
  • At least one year working with Generative AI technologies, with a strong preference for familiarity with GPT-4.
  • Proficient in Python programming for AI and backend development tasks.
  • Three to five years of cloud computing experience across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Prior experience in the consumer banking or automotive finance sector, ideally two to three years.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related engineering discipline.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Familiarity with GPT fine-tuning and prompt engineering
  • MLOps or cloud ML tools (e.g., Azure ML, MLflow)
  • Front-end skills (React, Angular) for AI-driven apps
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS)
  • Background in ethical AI or data privacy
What You Will Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications with integrated Generative AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy AI-driven solutions using models like GPT-4.
  • Develop APIs and microservices to support scalable AI features and services.
  • Integrate cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) into application architecture to support AI/ML operations.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of secure, efficient, and reliable software solutions.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code in C# and Python.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and UX/UI designers.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize code and infrastructure.
  • Stay current on trends in Generative AI and cloud technologies to continuously improve solutions.

The Offer
