A law firm in Greater Boston is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join their technology team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions tailored for the legal sector, with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ITIL process enablement.
You'll be architecting and administering ServiceNow platforms, with hands-on experience using JavaScript for customizations and integrations. Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and proficiency in leveraging CMDB for asset and configuration management is required.
