A real estate company based in Camden, NJ is looking to hire a full-time IT Support Specialist to join their growing technology team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, handling day-to-day IT requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple office locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop support and ticketing environments who is looking to grow into Systems Administration or Network Engineering. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, work closely with senior IT staff, and contribute to ongoing infrastructure projects.
Candidates must be proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced office setting. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow are essential.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience

Strong Windows desktop and user support skills (Windows 10/11)

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)

Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)

Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing)

Familiarity with Active Directory (user setup, password resets, etc.)

Strong customer service and communication skills
