Our client, a local law firm, is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their help desk team. If you are eager to grow in your career and advance your skillsets in the IT world, this position could be for you. They are looking for someone with strong tier 1 support skills and experience provisioning laptops for new users. The role starts out with a lot of provisioning and reimaging for new staff but will pivot into more tier 1 and 2 support functions where you will be working closely with higher level support teammates to learn how to escalate and resolve more difficult tickets. Tech wise, they need someone comfortable working with Windows, Dell laptops, hardware, and ticketing systems. This is a direct hire position onsite Monday through Friday in their Dallas, Texas office. Compensation is $22-23/hr. Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience provisioning and reimaging laptops (preferably Dell) for new users.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (must be comfortable with deskside support).
  • Willingness to push yourself out of your comfort zone to learn new skills.
  • Hardware, software, and system support experience.
  • Tier 1 support experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in related field or related certifications.
  • Any tier 2 or white glove support experience is good to have.
  • Any field based IT experience is nice to have.
