Exciting remote opportunity for a Sr. PeopleSoft Project Manager to join a leading higher education client. This long-term, 12-month+ contract position requires availability during standard business hours (8-5 PST). You’ll play a key role in managing impactful PeopleSoft projects, particularly within the Workforce Administration (WFA) and ePerformance modules, as well as supporting broader HR, Payroll, and Finance PeopleSoft initiatives. Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years' experience as a lead Project Manager, managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects
· Experience managing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) projects
· Proven track record of managing PeopleSoft implementations or enhancements
· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Experience leading large, cross-functional project teams
· Ability to work remotely and be available 8-5 PST Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    · Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as Workforce Administration (WFA), ePerformance, Benefits, GL, Payroll, or Absence Management
    · Prior experience managing projects in the higher education domain
    · Vendor management and system integration experience
