Our client, a leader in software industry, has an outstanding contract Event Technology Analyst opportunity available to join their dynamic team! This is a fully remote role.

The Event Technology Analyst manages the systems, workflows, and operational processes that power company’s annual user conference, Connections. With a primary focus on the breakout content lifecycle, this role ensures the seamless flow of data and communication from initial submission to final presentation.

This position requires high technical aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for using technology to solve operational challenges. The ideal candidate is a "builder" who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating efficiencies through automation and structured data.

Contract duration: 6 months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Technical Proficiency: High aptitude for learning new software, with specific expertise in advanced spreadsheet functions (formulas, logic structures, scripting, and reporting models).
  • Google Apps Script is required
  • Process Design: Demonstrated experience creating or managing complex operational processes, ideally within an event, marketing, or project management environment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive thinker who identifies bottlenecks and proposes scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Operational Agility: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • 1–3 years in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
  • New graduates will also be considered.



Desired Skills:

Direct event experience is a plus, but the priority is on candidates with strong organizational and content technology skills. Agency experience is highly valued but not essential.

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Workflow Architecture: Build and maintain structured workflows and documentation to support event operations, including multi-step approval cycles and cross-functional data coordination.
  • System Optimization: Configure and manage event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Jifflenow, Monday.com) and the Google Workspace ecosystem (Sheets, Drive, Scripts).
  • AI & Automation Integration: Leverage chatbots, AI agents, and automation tools to streamline communications, spreadsheet management, and repetitive tasks.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the internal subject matter expert for system configurations, providing best-practice guidance and rapid problem-solving for event-related tools.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, external presenters, and vendors to ensure all content deliverables are tracked and executed accurately.
