This Dallas based financial company provides a comprehensive range of auto financing solutions to both individual customers and commercial clients. They operate globally, offering retail loan and lease programs through a vast network of auto dealers. These programs are designed to accommodate customers across the credit spectrum, ensuring flexible and accessible financing options for a wide array of consumers.
They are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with hands-on experience in generative AI to join their innovative development team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable applications using C# and .NET Core, while integrating cutting-edge generative AI models to enhance product capabilities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and cloud engineering teams to deliver intelligent solutions that drive business value. Ideal candidates will have strong backend development expertise, a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, and experience deploying AI-driven features into production environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies
- Proficient in C# and/or .NET with strong software engineering skills
- Approximately 6 to 8 years of professional software development experience preferred
- Experience with Python programming
- At least 4 years of software development experience using Java and/or .NET
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud development and support, with proficiency in platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- 2 to 3 years of industry experience in consumer banking or auto finance is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience

- Enhance generative AI applications by incorporating user feedback from Proof of Concept (POC) phases and transitioning solutions into production
- Assist in the research, evaluation, and integration of emerging generative AI technologies
- Design and develop software solutions to support Marketing and Customer Experience initiatives
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services using C# and .NET (6 or higher)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated deployment pipelines
- Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
- Contribute to the documentation of systems, APIs, and processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and monitoring
