Field Service Technician/Robotics/Massachusetts

As a Field Service Technician, you will help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cutting-edge robotic systems. Occasional travel in the local area is required to support clients and field operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, great communication skills, and has a passion for robotics!
Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimally 5-15 years of experience in robotics, mechatronics, or related fields. Familiarity with robotic system troubleshooting and repair is essential.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, electrical systems, and control circuits. Familiarity with robotic components and PLCs is a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site repairs and maintenance.
• Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent on-site service to clients and communicate effectively.
